He also comes from Songwe district in Songwe Region. He has been so instrumental and very active in following up all Human Rights abuses and Companies misconduct as against best mining practices. He has been a link between HakiMadini and the affected communities whereby he has plays a very crucial role in making sure that the communities around mining areas are well treated by the mining companies as per International standards. He also provides civic education, human rights awareness, legal aid as well as documenting all human rights violations in his area, seeks and disseminates information of all abuses.


MWALILEY LAZARO

She comes from Korogwe District in Tanga Region. She is very active on the ground and makes a follow up and shares the findings of human rights violations in her area as well as providing legal aid to the affected community members.


RAMADHANI ISSA

He comes from Bahi District in Dodoma Region. He is HakiMadini's trained paralegal and works in an area where Uranium mining is yet to take place but very potential area where exploration of uranium has led to various violations of human rights. He engages in giving legal aid and monitoring of all human rights violations in the area. BAHI


HABIBA SHABAN RAJABU

She also comes from Geita District in Geita Region. She works as HakiMadini paralegal whose key role is to provide legal aid and assist her mining communities in defending their human rights. She documents all the human rights abuses and disseminates the information to HakiMadini for further engagement.


JOHN NKONYOKA

A very active paralegal coming from Musoma District in Mara Region. As the chairperson of small scale miners in his area he has been in a centre of clashes between Police officers and the small scale miners when defending the interests of small scale miners against large scale investor in his area. He has also been making a follow up to the government at the level of meeting the Prime Minister to make sure that small scale miners of his area are given priority to own mining areas which were confiscated by the investor. He also provides legal aid to the peri-mining community of his area.


ABUBAKARI MADIWA

He is a trained paralegal coming from Manyara Region as well. He is a small scale miner of Tanzanite gemstone and secretary of Manyara Regional Miners Association (MAREMA). He takes part in providing legal aid and reporting all human rights violations as well as disseminating information as required.


JEREMIA PASKAL

He is a HakiMadini's trained paralegal. He comes from Bahi in Dodoma Region which is a uranium potential area. Being a village chairman himself , he has been engaging in providing social assistance, solving problems at his leadership level. His position enables him to monitor and report back all human rights violations. HakiMadini enjoys his service as a very active paralegal.


FARAJA JULIUS MUHELO

He is a trained paralegal who comes from Kilindi District in Tanga Region. He is very active at his level of engagement where he has created a sense of awareness among young and old generations on human rights issues. He has motivated many young men to feel indebted to become human rights activists.


HUSEIN MUSA DEDE

He is a trained paralegal from Manyoni District in Singida Region. He works as a HakiMadini paralegal whose key role to his community is to monitor all human rights violations, provide legal aid, documenting and dissemination of information.


VERONICKA JOHANES

She also comes from Simanjiro District in Manyara Region. She works as HakiMadini's paralegal after being trained several times. Her key role to her community is to provide legal aid, document well human rights violations, seek and disseminate information to the required authorities.


YOHANA LAMECK

He is a very active trained paralegal from Ikungi District in Singida Region. He has been vital person in reporting human rights violations conducted by Shanta Mining Company against villagers of Mlumbi. Apart from that he provides legal aid to the affected community members, monitors human rights violations and reports back the findings.


MARCELINE J. SIMBASANA

She comes from Geita. She works as HakiMadini's trained paralegal and provides legal guidance and aid to the affected community of Geita. She monitors and documents all human rights violations.


OMARY ATHUMANI

He comes from Korogwe District in Tanga Region. He is very instrumental on the ground and reports regularly about all vices and violations conducted by few local leaders of his place. He makes a follow up and shares the findings as well as providing legal aid to the affected community members.


ERNEST NEWTON KIYAMBA

He also comes from Songwe district in Songwe Region He resides at Mkwajuni where he has been providing civic education and human rights awareness. He works with the mining communities of his area to defend human rights against any abuses. HakiMadini enjoys his service at the grassroots level as he works as HakiMadini's paralegal whose key role is for his community is to provide legal aid and awareness creation at all levels, documenting human rights violations, seeking to disseminate information.


SYLVESTER NGWELU

A very active paralegal and a small scale miner from Nzega District in Tabora Region. He has been so instrumental in organizing a network of paralegals from various mining areas as well as making sure that the indigenous of his area enjoy the richness of natural resources. He is very good in documenting and reporting every human violation in his area


BEAUTUS MKONDOO

He comes from Bahi District in Dodoma Region. He is HakiMadini's trained paralegal and works at Ilindi area where Uranium exploration has been a center of human rights violations. He engages in giving legal aid and monitoring of all human rights violations in the area.


ARONI MAILANGA CHIDUO

He comes from Kilindi District in Tanga Region where gold is mined. His key role is to his community is to provide legal aid, monitor any human rights violations and document all the issues regarding human rights violations at the grassroots level.


KAANAELY MINJA

She also comes from Manyara Region and an active paralegal who frequently intervenes and solves issues arising in her community. She has more often than not found herself in clashes with the police officers due to her work as a paralegal. She is devoted and aspire to see a community free from human rights violations.


NICODEMAS LAMECK

He is a trained paralegal from Ikungi District in Singida Region. He works as a HakiMadini paralegal whose key role to his community is to monitor all human rights violations, provide legal aid, documenting and dissemination of information.


EMMANUEL A. MALEKELA

He comes from Geita District in Geita Region where mining activities are conducted by both large mining companies and small scale miners. He has been in clash and often falling to the police brutality over Human Rights abuses conducted by Large mining company taking place in Geita. He is bold and fearless when it comes to defending human rights against perpetrators who most often are police officers working for the large mining company. He's been of great help to the communities whose land was grabbed by the mining company working in the area concerned.


ANTONY JACOB MAVILLI

He comes from Simanjiro District in Manyara Region, particularly in Mirerani the only place where Tanzanite is mined in Tanzania and the world at large. He is a trained paralegal and has been engaged in HakiMadini's activities from the beginning. A devoted and active community member who intervenes and offers his time to solve issues around the mining area of Mirerani. He played a very active role in making sure that Tanzanite is mined by Tanzanians only pursuant to the Mining Law of Tanzania. He offers legal aid and he is good at documenting and reporting any Human rights violations at his place.


ESTER RAMEZIR IPUNGU

She comes from Songwe district in Songwe region formerly known as Mbeya Region. She works as a HakiMadini paralegal in Songwe district where there is small scale mining as well as large scale mining in gold. Her key role to the community around her is to provide legal aid, document well human rights violation, seek and disseminate any information of human rights abuses by the Mining companies and make prior intervention on behalf of HakiMadini before the matter is forwarded to other authorities for follow up and redress.


HATIBU GOLUGWA

From Manyara Region and an active paralegal who takes part in monitoring human rights violations, providing legal aid to the affected community members and documenting and keeping records of all human rights violations in Simanjiro District.


ROBERT ELLY NSELU

He also comes from Songwe district in Songwe Region He is HakiMadini's paralegal as well as small scale miner. He is very active in making sure that small scale miners of his area are recognized and get all the necessary support from the government when they need. He is a link between small scale miners and the government against any abuses from the large mining companies of his area. He intervenes on behalf of the small scale miners when their rights are violated and interfered. He also provides civic education to small scale miners, provides legal aid, documents all human rights violation, seeks and disseminates all the necessary information to HakiMadini.

She comes from Bahi District in Dodoma Region She is a trained paralegal of HakiMadini paralegal whose key role is to monitor all human rights violations, provide legal aid, documenting and dissemination of information.

She is a trained paralegal from Manyoni District in Singida Region. She is a small scale miner who also works as a HakiMadini paralegal. Her key role is to monitor all human rights violations, provide legal aid, documenting and dissemination of information.


MACK IHANDE

He is HakiMadini's Paralegal from Tarime District in Mara Region. He lives in a mostly Human Rights affected area in Tanzania by the large mining companies, Nyamongo village in North Mara mining area. He has been a link between the affected communities of North Mara communities and the Acacia Goldmine whilst providing legal aid, documenting human rights violations and providing civic education as well as awareness raising.
