Capacity building for HakiMadini staff in developing a checklist tool for documenting corporate human rights abuses.

On 05th and 06th Oct 2015 HakiMadini through legal empowerment and human rights conducted a staff capacity building on how to use human rights monitoring tool in the field. The capacity building was facilitated by Mr John Kibugu from Business and Human Rights Resource Centre whereby HakiMadini adopted their human rights monitoring tool. The objective of capacity session to HakiMadini Staff was to strengthen their capacity and builds a systematic way of Monitoring, documenting, analyzing and Reporting. The session focused on how the checklist questions can be applied in different context, How to manage expectations; and what are the major step after documentation.
